GetAJobTexas provides a Texas-focused hiring hub connecting employers and candidates. We are not the employer for listings unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee job offers, hires, or candidate volume.
Accounts & accuracy
You agree to provide accurate information. License and work-authorization claims are self-attested unless we state otherwise. Employers are responsible for their own verification, interviews, and compliance.
Employer fees
Paid packages are described on the Pricing page. We may collect a role brief before payment. Fees are generally non-refundable once a role is distributed, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
No spam, scraping, discriminatory job requirements prohibited by law, malware, or attempts to bypass security. We may remove content or suspend access.
Disclaimer
Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetAJobTexas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, hiring outcomes, or third-party actions. Aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.
